The Embassy of Italy in New Delhi, the Consulate General of Italy in Mumbai and the Consulate General of Italy in Kolkata, wish to celebrate the Italian National Day with three parallel events which will be held at New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata on 15th March, 2019, in remembrance of the proclamation of the Unification of Italy on 17th March, 1861. Italian institutions in India intend to celebrate Italian excellence through three festive evenings that will see participation of numerous prominent figures from Italian and Indian business communities and also Italian citizens residing in India.
For the 2019 Italian National Day and Design Day reception, which will be held on 15th March, 2019, the Embassy of Italy in New Delhi/Consulate General of Italy in Mumbai/Consulate General in Kolkata, would like to grant – to a maximum of 30 entities each – the possibility to participate as:
a.“Sponsor”: by a financial contribution of INR 200,000 (2 Lakhs)
b.“Main Sponsor”: by a financial contribution starting from INR 400,000 (4 Lakhs)
The selected subjects/entities will be provided with advertising opportunities and visibility as follows:
a.“Sponsor”: logo on the “invitation card” sent to all invitees for the reception; logo on the banner placed within the banquet hall for the reception.
b.“Main Sponsor” : logo on the “invitation card” sent to all invitees for the reception; logo on the banner placed within the banquet hall for the reception; mention during the official speech; prospective possibility of distribution of promotion material, the methods of which can be further discussed; four invitations for clients/suppliers/employees with prior intimation about the same.
The Italian National Day reception will be held at the Consular ppremises around 300 invitees are expected to attend.
